REFUND POLICY INFORMATION
The refund policy for return of books is the same as tuition refund policy deadlines as set by the institution.
Following this policy, the conditions stated below apply to bookstore returns:
- Returned merchandise must be accompanied by the original receipt, proof of dropped class, and returned in original condition. Shrink wrapped packages must be intact and unopened.
- Credits for book returns will be processed through the business office. Please allow 7-10 days for credit to apply to your account or for a check to be issued.
- Credit card refunds require original receipt AND credit card on which the purchase was charged.
- Nonreturnable items include clearance merchandise and computer supplies.
The General merchandise may be returned for a full refund withing seven (7) days of purchase accompanied by the original cash register receipt. Merchandise must be in "new" condition with all tags and packaging. No refunds will be made for study guides, general books, electronics, software, or clearance merchandise.
